Former Bloomfield Police Chief Jack McNiff Passes Away at 81

Chief McNiff joined the Bloomfield Police Department in 1965. He was promoted to Sergeant in 1970, Lieutenant in 1977, Captain in 1982 and finally Chief of Department in 1986. He would hold this position until his retirement in 2005.
